قدمت النائبة عنات بيركو من كتلة "الليكود"، ومعها النائب إيلي الألوف من كتلة "كولانو" مشروع قانون، يقضي بمضاعفة العقوبة، على من كرر عملا وأدين به من قبل، بموجب قانون "مكافحة الارهاب"، الذي هو بحد ذاته قانونا عنصريا، ويقيد حرية التعبير والنشاط السياسي. كما يقضي القانون بأن لا يكون ضعف العقوبة بأكثر من 25 عاما.
